WowSox is a UK shopping comparison service operated by wowsox UK. We help users discover and compare products from participating online retailers.
The WowSox Google Merchant Integration is used to manage product information and Merchant Center resources for merchants participating in the WowSox comparison shopping service.
The integration uses the Google Merchant API to create and manage Merchant Center accounts and product data sources, submit and update product listings, remove products that are no longer available, restore products when they become available again, and retrieve Merchant Center information required to maintain those listings.
Access to Google Merchant Center is authorised using Google OAuth 2.0. WowSox requests the Google Merchant permission https://www.googleapis.com/auth/content.
This permission is used only for authorised Google Merchant Center resources. WowSox does not use this permission to access unrelated Google services such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Photos, contacts or personal documents.
Google Merchant Center information is used only as necessary to operate, maintain and support the WowSox Google Merchant integration.
WowSox does not sell Google user data and does not use Google user data obtained through the Google Merchant API for personalised advertising, behavioural advertising or advertising profiling.
Further information about how WowSox handles information obtained through Google APIs, including storage, security, sharing, retention and deletion, is available in our Privacy Policy.
